Yummy Hummus


This is a special request from Katie and Lori. After running 10 miles together today we went shopping at Hills Market and they asked for a hummus recipe. Here it is. Much better if you have a food processor though. I could ( and do) lick the bowl clean when I make this. (mental note..don't eat hummus at Diane's house). You can be a little creative and add spinach, sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers. I like it just as is...
Hummus
2 cans drained and rinsed chickpeas
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 Tb tahini (sesame paste)
4 Tb lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
ground cumin
Blend together.
