Series of Unfortunate Events

Madison started reading the "Series of Unfortunate Events" by Lemony Snicket over
Christmas break. I wasn't sure if she was ready for this type of book, since she was having nightmares!! So, I started reading them. Well we are now on book 4. We'll find her in bed early in the morning (with her baseball hat from grandpa Bob with the lights in the rim) reading in bed. She wants to make predictions about what will happen next. It's very cute to see her so wrapped up in a book. Now Chip is going to start the series too!! Which says alot because he hasn't read a book in years!! He reads all the time but mostly health or science magazines. So if anyone needs a good book to read, this we all recommend!!!
