This is chili and cornbread. The chili was a Cooking Light recipe (current issue). The cornbread was a googled recipe. The bread didn't have very much flavor but we put it in the bowl of chili so you didn't notice.
Making popcorn over the fire. We took about an 18in piece of heavy foil and put a little oil and few tablespoons popcorn, sealed it up (leave room for popping) and put it on a stick. Shake it every few minutes so it won't burn.
This is about our 4th bag! The first one turned out the best-it was perfect! But the next few bags burned a little, I think we got it too close to the flames!! Getting ready for a fall camping trip this weekend-Hopefully it won't get too cold at night, cause we're tentin it!!
