Pretty little pie
Besides wearing green and drinking a few beers, we celebrate St Patricks day with food!!! I made Corned Beef and Cabbage, kiwi, and a Key Lime Pie. This pie is so simple to make-I combined 2 recipes and it came out perfect. I followed the recipe on the bottle of Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice but added an extra egg yolk according to the Martha Stewart recipe. Tastes like the beach to me...without the sand and salt water.
