Besides wearing green and drinking a few beers, we celebrate St Patricks day with food!!! I made Corned Beef and Cabbage, kiwi, and a Key Lime Pie. This pie is so simple to make-I combined 2 recipes and it came out perfect. I followed the recipe on the bottle of Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice but added an extra egg yolk according to the Martha Stewart recipe. Tastes like the beach to me...without the sand and salt water.

Pretty little pie
Besides wearing green and drinking a few beers, we celebrate St Patricks day with food!!! I made Corned Beef and Cabbage, kiwi, and a Key Lime Pie.
