Yesterday there was a 2 hour school delay-so Madison & Kyle decorated some cupcakes. Notice the finger marks on the plate from licking up the extra sugar!!! For our Valentines dinner tonight I'm making a Max and Erma's recipe for Cajun Shrimp & Pasta, and Chocolate Mousse from another Susan Branch favorite of mine, "Sweets for the Sweet". I always make a red dinner and something fun for breakfast. Today was heart shaped scrambled eggs and heart cinnamon toast!!! Sorry, no pictures of that!!!
